New school uniform designs for Harborne Hill School.

Does anyone have any idea's in which we can make a 'School uniform' keep the look of smart?
Any idea's of how we could try and make students keep 'top buttons done up, ties up, ties 7 strips, shirts tucked in?'
Comment and let us know. THANK YOU :)x

  1. It wasnt a very popular idea but when I was in year 11 my school switched to clip on ties it forced us to keep them up and you couldnt change the knot also had to keep buttons done up.

We didnt like them much but they did the job.

    Just a thought :) xx

  2. i dont think you could get a pupil to keep there shirt tucked in but it would be an idea to look at fitted shirts for girls where you dont have to tuck them in and they dont look untidy xx

  5. I never looked smart, I always wore the wrong shoes, ripped off my top button so that I couldn't be made to do it up, wore my tie to my stomach, a shirt that went down to my knees... Students never care about looking smart, to me it was individuality the way that it was worn, there seems like no way around it.

As Kim suggested and I said on facebook clip on ties, and also you could use zip up shirts maybe? Or ties attached to a shirt?

  6. I wore high waisted trousers with a fitted shirt tucked in, but most of my friends wore normal trousers with fitted shirts mostly untucked. But the girls did like the fitted knitted jumpers and we wore our shirts tucked in with them.

I went stockland green technology college.

    Hope that helps :) xx

  7. At my school the girls had a 'summer shirt' but we could wear it all year round as well and it was an open neck shirt so didnt have to wear a tie and they were fitted properly so we didnt tuck them in and they never looked untidy ! We had blazers but i think those with a nice cardigan would be nice too :)
